We exclusively use high-quality, low-impact materials for all of our rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. That means solid, 18-karat recycled gold and natural diamonds and precious stones.

18K gold consists of 75% gold and it has the highest amount of pure gold in accessible materials. 18K gold is also very hard to tarnish, damage or stain and so it is the best quality for cost.

According to the Gold Standard Institute, there is already more gold circulating above Earth than we will ever find in current or new mines. So rather than pollute unnecessarily by mining for gold, we use only recycled gold to help protect our planet.

Recycled gold is not cheaper, as the price of gold is set based on market value.

Our gold​ will not fade, as it is solid gold. However, gold plated​ jewelry will​ fade over time, and affect the color of the jewelry. At Beit Sultan, we specifically use 18K ​solid​ gold to provide our clients with high quality pieces of jewelry that resist time, and can be passed onto generations.

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweller and asking for your ring size. If this is not possible, we are happy to send a ring sizer to you. Please email us at sizing@betisultan.com.

We have taken extra care to ensure of jewellery is made to last a lifetime. In the off-chance that one of our pieces breaks we will coordinate a repair to the jewellery at only shipping charges. We will provide this service up to 1 year after delivery. After that time, we will charge a minor fee to help coordinate repairs. 

While we do not provide a standard rush service, please email us to let us know your scheduling needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Yes. We can resize any Beit Sultan ring up or down for you, with the exception of open ring, and pave.

Each piece of jewellery comes beautifully packaged box when shipped. If the gift is a surprise, we are happy make sure no branding appears on the shipment so it stays top secret up until the last minute - just let us know.

Every stone is natural and unique, so color varies from stone to stone. Please let us know if you have any special requests pertaining to the color of your stone. While we cannot guarantee an exact replica of the stones, photographed, we want you to love the piece you get.
